Dawn Willis was raised south of Houston in Deer Park, TX. She graduated from East Texas Baptist University with a degree in Education and a specialization in English. She has taught in both public and private schools.
Dawn received her real estate license in 2002 while living in the beautiful mountains of Colorado near Breckenridge and Keystone. Along with her husband she has owned and operated two real estate companies. She moved to Granbury in 2005 to be closer to her extended family, and became active in Texas Real Estate in 2008. In 2010, she joined "The Knieper Team" as a Buyer's Agent.
She is active in her church, and loves to bake and listen to audio books in her spare time.
Dawn is married to Greg Willis who is also a Buyer's Agent with "The Knieper Team". They have two daughters. Kayla, who is currently a freshman at Hardin Simmons University, is pursuing a degree in ministry with a concentration in youth ministry, and Amanda, who is currently a high school senior with plans to pursue a degree in music.
Dawn enjoys building relationships with buyers and helping them to discover the property that fits the needs of their family.
