The Knieper Team, a true "team" office, is unlike any other in Granbury and I would like to take this opportunity to explain how we operate and why it works so well for our clients!
After working for two different national franchise offices, and watching agents within the same brokerage working against each other, forming teams to compete against each other and the brokers encouraging this behavior with awards and contests, I knew there had to be a better way to do business, and in a friendlier office environment! That’s when I decided to break out of the box and open my own brokerage which is structured it in a completely different manner centered on a true Team Concept.
The first major difference...I am the only REALTOR® in our office that takes listings! In traditional offices with competing agents taking listings the level of advertising and representation you receive varies from agent to agent and is directly proportionate to the financial strength and business expertise of each individual agent in that office. In our office each and every listing is my listing and receives equal treatment in marketing and representation which is something I take a great deal of pride in. With the help of my Sales Manager and staff we make sure that every listing is taken care of in the same manner and class. We have a large advertising budget and we use it to market all of our properties and we believe in the old saying, "Spend money to make money!" Even in a market as tough as this past year, we never cut back on advertising our listings!
Next please allow me to brag about our "Buyers Agents". We currently have 10 highly qualified and very professional REALTORS® on our team whose sole responsibility is to represent the buyers who have selected The Knieper Team to help them purchase real estate. The distractions of advertising deadlines and listing appointments are not present in their schedule, leaving them free to focus exclusively on our buyers needs. They do not have listings, they have no conflict of interest, they only represent buyers and they do that very well. The concept is truly effective and we believe it is the reason we have been the #1 office in sales production dollars since the opening of our team office!
I am also truly happy to announce that both my son, Brandon and my daughter, Whitney have joined the team. Brandon, as a film graduate is now doing HD movies of all our listings. This was quite a task to start in our MLS system, where we post the movies as we were the first real estate office in all of North East Texas to do something like this. They basically had to re-write the rules for us! How’s that for new and innovative marketing techniques? As of today we have up to 10 posted movies on our website and MLS and hopefully by the end of the year all our listings will have movies! Whitney (my daughter) a TCU advertising major, has joined the team and is heading up our advertising department, designing newspaper and magazine ads. "Knieper’s Neighborhood" magazine is an example of her skills in design and layout.
